Terms of Use
Effective October 9, 2026 · Applies to the AZ Power rep app for iPhone and Android and the rep portal at portal.azpowerprograms.org
1. Who can use the App
Only people given a login by an AZ Power Program manager may use the App. Your login is personal. Don't share your passcode or let anyone else use your account. AZ Power may turn off any login at any time, for example when someone leaves the team.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the App only for AZ Power Program business.
- Enter accurate information about leads, doors, shifts, and deals. Don't create fake records.
- Only text customers who have agreed to be contacted. Honor opt-out requests ("STOP") right away and follow all messaging and telemarketing laws (including the TCPA) and AZ Power's policies.
- When door-knocking, follow local solicitation ordinances, respect "No Soliciting" signs, and never trespass.
- Keep customer information confidential. Don't copy, export, or share it outside AZ Power business.
- Don't try to access other reps' data or admin features, probe or disrupt the App, or get around its security.
3. Location features
Location sharing is optional and only happens during a shift you start (or while you've turned on "Tracking on"), as described in the Privacy Policy, which also explains that location history is kept for the length of your employment. Background location in the mobile apps is used only between Start and Stop. You can withdraw consent at any time.
4. Numbers shown in the App
Sales, commission, pay, KPI, and incentive figures in the App are for your information and may lag or be incomplete while data syncs. Official commission statements and your agreement with AZ Power Program control if there's any difference.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and "as available" and may change, pause, or stop at any time. Most updates happen automatically without a new app download.
6. Ownership
The App, its design, and the AZ Power Program name and logo belong to AZ Power Program. Customer and business data in the App belongs to AZ Power Program. You get a limited, revocable right to use the App for your work with AZ Power.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AZ Power Program disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending access
Your access ends when your login is turned off or your work with AZ Power ends. Sections 2 (confidentiality), 6, and 7 continue to apply after access ends.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
10. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and AZ Power Program, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the App or its support. Your use of the App must also follow the store's terms (for Apple, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement, to the extent it doesn't conflict with these Terms).
